What is your return policy?
We hope you love our products as much as we do! If you need to make a return or exchange, you can do so directly through your customer account or by emailing us at hello@darlinganddivine.co.
Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be returned in their original packaging. A $5.99 flat rate shipping fee applies to all returns. We do not charge any restocking fees. All items are eligible for return within the 30-day window unless otherwise noted.
How do I start a return or exchange?

2. Select Order: Go to Orders and select the specific order containing the items you wish to return.
3. Submit Request: Follow the prompts to select your items and submit your request.

What are the return shipping costs?
A $5.99 flat rate shipping fee applies to all returns. There are no restocking fees. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.

What does your warranty cover?
Every piece is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If something isn't right, email us at hello@darlinganddivine.co with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.

Which chain length should I choose?
Most of our necklaces come with an extender, so you can adjust the fit as you wear them. As a general guide:
- 14" sits close at the base of the neck
- 16" rests on the collarbone, our most popular everyday length
- 18" falls just below the collarbone
- 19"+ sits lower on the chest, perfect for layering
Layering? Wear each necklace about 2" apart so they don't tangle. You'll find exact lengths under Size & Fit on each product.
Can I shower or swim with my jewelry?
Yes. Stainless steel with PVD gold plating is waterproof and won't tarnish or turn your skin green, so you can wear it in the shower and at the gym. After swimming in chlorine or salt water, rinse your pieces with fresh water and pat them dry to keep the finish looking its best.
What is 14k gold PVD plating?
14k gold PVD plating gives our stainless steel jewelry a warm, radiant gold finish that adds a touch of elegance to every look, from Sunday Mass to everyday wear. Unlike traditional plating, PVD (physical vapor deposition) bonds the gold to the steel in a vacuum chamber, creating a finish that’s harder and more resistant to fading, chipping, and tarnish.
Paired with a stainless steel base that won’t rust or corrode, our jewelry is waterproof and made to be worn every day, in the shower, at the gym, and through every season of life. With simple care, your piece will stay beautiful for years to come.

We ship orders every Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Once your order ships, standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3-7 business days, and you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.
