What is your return policy?

Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be returned in their original packaging. A $5.99 flat rate shipping fee applies to all returns. We do not charge any restocking fees. All items are eligible for return within the 30-day window unless otherwise noted.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 24 hours Monday - Friday. All orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out first thing Monday morning. Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3-7 business days after processing. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships so you can follow its journey.

I love my bracelet! My girls talked me into getting one, and I'm glad they did. I was skeptical originally, but not anymore. I spent the summer in the lake, the pool, hiking and sweating at the ballfield, and it still looks amazing! My only regret is that I didn't get more.
