Policy Details

• Window: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Return Shipping: A $5.99 flat rate shipping fee applies to all returns unless you paid for the Redo shipping protection.

• Condition: Products must be returned in their original packaging.

• No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees unless outside of our return window.

• Final Sale: All items are eligible for return within the 30-day window unless otherwise noted.
