Artificial Intelligence and Automated Processing
To provide you with better products, services, and customer experience, we use artificial intelligence (AI) technology in two ways: (1) customer-facing AI for customer service, and (2) backend AI analytics to improve our business operations and offerings.
1. Customer Service AI
To provide you with faster and more efficient customer service, we use AI technology to assist in responding to your inquiries about orders and other customer service matters.
