Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be returned in their original packaging. A $5.99 flat rate shipping fee applies to all returns. We do not charge any restocking fees. All items are eligible for return within the 30-day window unless otherwise noted.

Every piece is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If something isn't right, email us at hello@darlinganddivine.co with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
We ship orders every Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Once your order ships, standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3-7 business days, and you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.

its SO cozy and perfect for the season! i love the design! its so beautiful on the front and back. i got a small but i think you could size up or get your regular size and it will still be cute! and i absolutely love the fabric choice!

Absolutely LOVE the design and the material is AMAZING and soo comfy! Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because I was told that if I got a medium I could shrink it in the dryer (because they had no smalls) but it didn’t shrink 😔

I love this hoodie. It is very high quality and thick. The fit is fantastic. I have gotten several compliments and questions about it. I would definitely reccomned and find it is muhc higher quality than many other hoodies/jackets I have gotten for the same price.

I had met y’all at SEEK and every member was so helpful and kind. I also had received great customer service when I wasn’t able to get my 10% coupon to work on my order and they had refunded me the money. Not many companies are willing to do that so it shows that the workers at Darling and Divine truly care about their customers.
