Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be returned in their original packaging. A $5.99 flat rate shipping fee applies to all returns. We do not charge any restocking fees. All items are eligible for return within the 30-day window unless otherwise noted.

Every piece is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If something isn't right, email us at hello@darlinganddivine.co with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.

Most of our necklaces come with an extender, so you can adjust the fit as you wear them. As a general guide:

• 14" sits close at the base of the neck
• 16" rests on the collarbone, our most popular everyday length
• 18" falls just below the collarbone
• 19"+ sits lower on the chest, perfect for layering

Layering? Wear each necklace about 2" apart so they don't tangle. You'll find exact lengths under Size & Fit on each product.
