What is your return policy?
We hope you love our products as much as we do! If you need to make a return or exchange, you can do so directly through your customer account or by emailing us at hello@darlinganddivine.co.
Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be returned in their original packaging. A $5.99 flat rate shipping fee applies to all returns. We do not charge any restocking fees. All items are eligible for return within the 30-day window unless otherwise noted.
How do I start a return or exchange?
1. Log In: Access your customer account on our website.
2. Select Order: Go to Orders and select the specific order containing the items you wish to return.
3. Submit Request: Follow the prompts to select your items and submit your request.

What are the return shipping costs?
A $5.99 flat rate shipping fee applies to all returns. There are no restocking fees. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.

What does your warranty cover?
Every piece is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If something isn't right, email us at hello@darlinganddivine.co with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.

Jewelry Care
How should I care for my jewelry?
Our jewelry is made to do life with you: stainless steel with a real gold PVD finish in a warm 14k tone, built for everyday wear. To keep your pieces shining, gently wipe them with a soft cloth after wearing and store them separately so they don't scratch.
Avoid harsh chemicals such as cleaning products, and let perfume and lotion dry before putting your jewelry on.
Can I shower or swim with my jewelry?
Yes. Stainless steel with a gold PVD finish is waterproof and won't tarnish or turn your skin green, so you can wear it in the shower and at the gym. After swimming in chlorine or salt water, rinse your pieces with fresh water and pat them dry to keep the finish looking its best.
How should I store my jewelry?
Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. We recommend keeping pieces in a jewelry box, pouch, or the original packaging to prevent scratching and tangling. Storing items separately helps maintain their finish and prevents damage.

How long does shipping take?
We ship orders every Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Once your order ships, standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3-7 business days, and you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.
